Our story
A family recipe, a new generation.
We started Alhana in 2019 out of a home kitchen in the GTA, with one recipe and a belief that Middle Eastern desserts deserved the same craft attention as any European pastry.
In 2023 we became an approved Sobeys local supplier. In 2026, the next generation is taking over — same recipe, same hands-on process, a bigger mission: bring the warmth of Middle Eastern dessert tradition to every Canadian table.
