Yes — the smallest box is 12 cookies for $11.99. For wholesale, we set per-account minimums during the onboarding conversation — get in touch.

Pistachio and Palestinian Kaak cost significantly more to produce than the rest (sesame + slow labour for kaak; premium pistachios). At our flat box price each premium flavor is capped individually at half the box — 6 max in a 12-pack, 12 in a 24-pack, 18 in a 36-pack. You can still build an all-premium box (6 kaak + 6 pistachio in a 12-pack, for example) — neither flavor on its own can exceed half. The other six flavors have no cap.

Yes — there’s a gift-note field in the cart on the box builder page (max 200 characters). The note is included with the order; we don’t ship the price tag in the box.

Yes — for orders larger than 50 cookies, please use our catering form instead. We handle bulk pricing, custom mixes, and delivery timing for events.

Across Toronto and the inner GTA— Scarborough, North York, East York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Pickering, and Ajax. We’re not delivering to Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville, or Burlington in v1 — drop your email at checkout and we’ll let you know when we expand to your area.

Delivery is zone-based from our Scarborough kitchen. Zone 1 (Scarborough, East York, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, east North York): $4.99, free over $25. Zone 2 (downtown Toronto, central North York, Richmond Hill, Vaughan): $7.99, free over $40.

Delivery takes 2-5 business days from when you place the order. Same-day delivery is available for orders over $100 — email us if you need it.

Yes — our maamoul keeps for 21 days at room temperature with no preservatives, well within any delivery window. Cheesecake cookies(strawberry and blueberry) have a cream filling so they’re best within 7-10 days, refrigerated after opening. Each box ships with a care card noting the relevant dates.

All Alhana cookies contain wheat, dairy, and egg. Pistachio Cookies and Almond Cookies also contain tree nuts. Palestinian Kaak contains sesame. Cheesecake Cookies (strawberry, blueberry) contain dairy and egg. The Menu and Build-Your-Box pages show the full ingredient list and allergen panel for every cookie.

All ingredients we use are halal-friendly (no pork derivatives, no alcohol). We’re working toward formal Halal Certification from the Canadian Halal Authority — see our story for more.

Not yet. Traditional maamoul is wheat- and butter-based; that’s non-negotiable to the recipe. We’re researching alternative recipes for a future product line.

We’re not currently Kosher Certified — though our ingredients are individually parve / kosher-friendly. If kosher certification matters for you, please email us at Yazan.lzidan@gmail.com before ordering.

Because our cookies are perishable food, we can’t accept returns. But we stand by every box — if something’s wrong, tell us and we’ll make it right. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.

If we haven’t baked it yet (typically within 1-2 hours of placing the order), yes — email us and we’ll adjust or refund. Once baking has started, we can’t cancel.

Submit the form on the wholesale page. We reply within one business day with pricing, MOQs, and sample shipment details. We’re an active Empire Direct-to-Store vendor (#361953) and also sell to independent grocers, cafés, and restaurants.
